Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) Powder, often called "baby foam," is a specialty anionic powder surfactant made from all vegetable, renewable resources, primarily coconut. It is used to impart extra mildness, good after-feel, and excellent foaming in many personal care and cleansing products.
