Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTMS) is derived from behenic acid extracted from non-transgenic rapeseed oil and synthesized by a complex scientific process. Its behen-based structure provides unique direct adsorption and antistatic properties.
BTMS has been widely used in personal care products. Its functions include wetting, cleaning, conditioning, softening, suspension, and emulsification. It is mainly used in conditioner, shampoo, and other hair care products.
