How to contact us?
You can chat with us online via Trade Manager. You can select the products you are interested in and send us an inquiry or email. You can call us directly, and we will reply immediately.
How to confirm product quality before placing an order?
For in-stock standard products, you can apply for free samples. You only need to pay the shipping fee or arrange a courier to pick up the samples from us. For OEM customized products, we will produce according to your specifications and requirements, then send them to you for confirmation.
How to place an order?
After confirmation between both parties, you can provide us with a Purchase Order (P/O), and we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for you.
Do you provide OEM services?
Yes. We can formulate raw ingredients as required, and also provide processing for capsules, tablets, liquids and other dosage forms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, BTC), Western Union, business account transfers and PayPal.
How long is the lead time?
Small orders will be shipped within 3 days, and bulk orders within 7-10 days.
