1. How to confirm product quality before placing an order?
For in-stock standard products, you can apply for free samples. You only need to pay the shipping fee or arrange a courier to pick up the samples from us. For OEM customized products, we will produce according to your specifications and requirements, then send them to you for confirmation.
2. How to place an order?
After confirmation between both parties, you can provide us with a Purchase Order (P/O), and we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your reference and payment processing.
3. Do you provide OEM services?
Yes. We can formulate raw ingredients as required, and also provide processing for capsules, tablets, liquids and other dosage forms to meet your specific needs.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, BTC), Western Union, business account transfers, and PayPal.
5. What is the standard lead time for delivery?
