Isomalt-oligosaccharide is a white powdered starch sugar product with isomalt-oligosaccharide as the main component refined through a series of processes such as liquefaction, glycosylation, transglycosylation, decolorization, desalination, concentration, and drying. It has the effect of proliferating bifidobacteria and is a functional oligosaccharide, which cannot be digested and absorbed in the human body, and does not cause blood sugar rise.
